Guinea Gold Projects

We are expanding our footprint across the West African Craton, with the proposed acquisition of early-stage exploration licences in Guinea, one of the most prospective yet underexplored gold jurisdictions in Africa. Our initial focus includes two licences covering 430km² within established greenstone terrains that host multiple artisanal gold workings.

Led by Exploration Director Neil Clifford, who has extensive prior experience in Guinea, we are currently appraising 10 areas which have been highlighted as significant.

The Guinea projects represent a key component of Archaean Gold’s regional growth strategy combining geological prospectivity, low-cost exploration, and the potential for significant near-surface discoveries.
